Admin Office / Accounting Assistant Full-time Dartmouth, NS
This position requires an enthusiatic candidate to assist in a variety of roles from accounting, quoting and reception. This is a permanent part-time position for 20 to 30 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full time job as the company grows.

Accounting Duties:
- Scrutinize and record Accounts Payable
- Balance and enter bank deposits
- Provide back-up for other accounting functions performed by the Controller

Quoting Duties:
- Prepare and distribute quotes in a timely manner.
- Maintain data in quoting software.
- Work closely with Sales Manager to send promotional emails.

Reception Duties:
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Filing

Skills Required:
- Bookkeeping skills - experience with accounting software.
- Computer Skills with competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Good communication skills, interacting with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
- Interest in fitness and knowledge of the industry an asset.
