Returns on all products within 15 days of purchase accepted if in original package, unopened, not used WITH A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.   

AFTER 15 DAYS ALL ACCEPTED RETURNS WILL HAVE A 25% RESTOCKING FEE. **Note : Refunds on purchases greater than $1000 will require a 2% charge if they were originally paid by credit card.

Orders cancelled, but paid, can be refunded less a 2% charge if paid by credit card. This is NOT applicable to special (custom) orders. See below.

Special (custom) orders are 50% down, and 50% upon delivery. There will be no refunds on special orders.

Shipping and install charges are not refundable.

THERE IS NO RETURNS ALLOWED FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH OUR  WEBSITE

Approved returns or exchanges for products purchased online IS AT THE DISCRETION OF MANAGEMENT. STORE LEVEL EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT RETURNS.

Spartan Fitness assumes no responsibility for any damage that may come to product(s) during shipping.

All floor models, reconditioned, discontinued or out of box products are considered final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange. Educational material such as books and DVD’s are considered final sale. Any and all mats, gym balls, heart rate monitors, skin calipers, body fat scales, gloves, belts, resistance bands and any other product considered hygienically sensitive by Spartan Fitness will not qualify for return or exchange at any time after purchase.

On all approved returns, where the original purchase was processed using a debit or accepted credit card, refunds will be issued to the same method of original payment. In the case where the original purchase was made with cash, approved refunds will be issued to the original purchasers debit card (in store only) or via cheque mailed from our corporate head office.

Spartan Fitness reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.
