At its discretion, Spartan Fitness reserves the right to deny any price match scenario.

The Spartan Fitness Price Match Guarantee is our assurance that you will get the best price on products you purchase at Spartan Fitness. If you find a lower, currently advertised price from a Canadian retailer, we will match that price and the services equivalent to purchasing the product from a competitor.

Simply present proof that the item you wish to buy from Spartan Fitness is advertised at a price lower than the Spartan Fitness's retail price. A sales associate will need to verify that the item is identical and eligible for price match*, and once verified, Spartan Fitness will sell you that item at the lower price.

*TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The item must be of the same brand and model, quantity, accessories, components, and located in Canada.
• The item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in Canada.
• The item must be sold by an authorized dealer located in Canada.
• Competitors’ prices must be in Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any fees, taxes or other charges such as environmental handling fees and shipping.

EXCEPTIONS
Our  Price Match Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Cyber Week, special educational prices, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, OEM products, limited or minimum quantity or limited time offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, discontinued items, private sales, trade-in sales, one of a kind offers, club or wholesale/commercial pricing, and financing offers.
