20 Jump Squats
20 Squat Ball Throws
20 Burpees
Core: Repeat each exercise x3 for 20 reps.

20 Full Crunches
20 Leg Lifts
20 Sit-ups to Overhead Press
20 Straight Leg Sit Ups
20 Single Tap Twists (10 each side)
20 Russian Twists (Regression move: keep heels grounded | Progression: Keep heels elevated)
